AB will not load after update to 3.1

Just updated to 3.1. AB fails to load and kicks me back to desktop. Help needed.

This is what i get when I try to run AB now:

"The following errors occurred: Pre-defined tag groups may not be designated as 'info' groups for view 'output.'"

Then click "OK"

Then I get:

"Due to the unexpected error loading the new game system Army Builder is unable to continue and must exit."

Try downloading it again and installing it again. So far, you're the only one to report this problem out of a VERY large number of updates within the past 24 hours. So it's almost certain that something went wrong with the process on the first try.

If the problem persists, we need to know the EXACT error message and the EXACT steps you're taking, as well as EXACTLY when the error appears (i.e. after X but before Y normally appears). If we only have the general info of "fails to load", that doesn't give us much in the way of clues to help figure out what's wrong. It's a lot like telling a mechanic over the phone that the car won't run. He's going to need more clues to figure it out, and the same applies to problems you might encounter with Army Builder. The clues we are given, the higher probability that we can figure out the problem and the faster we'll be able to do it. :-)

Thanks, Rob

From the sounds of it you also haven't updated the 40K data file either - v1.10 is for AB3.1 as the previous vresion threw the error that you listed above .... that is if you use the 40K files :)

I had the same problem but it occurred when I would try to load the Warhammer 40k game system datafile.

I solved the problem by updating the WH40k data file to the most recent (version 3.1) version.
