[ab-files] Updated Necromunda files for Army Builder

Updated Necromunda files are now available for your enjoyment.

You can get it by using the handy "Locate File" button from the Game selection window within Army Builder, or at the ab-files Yahoo! group vault:

Changes from 7.3 to 7.4:
* Added Bionic Hand (from Outlanders)
* Removed all of the "extra costs" from the Trading post items.
They served no useful purpose (since they weren't counted in
anything) and just made it more difficult to work out the bounty on
a dead Outlaw. (This is NOT retrospective - it will only take
effect for newly added items)
* Made the Ganger option (available to the Juve when they exceed 20
Experience points) automatic (via a new feature of AB v2.2). (This
is NOT retrospective - it will only take effect for new Juves added
using the v7.4 files)
* Added the extra Attack from having two Close Combat weapons. The
extra attack is negated if you have a Basic, Heavy or Special
Weapon (as per the rules). (This is NOT retrospective - it will
only take effect for new Gang members added using the v7.4 files)
* Removed the "only one item of armour" restriction as it was
stopping you having more than one item of armour in your stash.
You will still get a validation error if one of your Gang members
has more than one item of Armour.
* Fixed the "One in a million" and Reload weapon options - The
extra cost wasn't getting included in the Gang Rating!
* Played around with the Experience/Cost of Hired guns... The Gang
Rating is correct (still), the summary "Total Cost" is now also
correct, and the "Total Experience" now includes the extra Gang
Rating increase of the Hired Gun. As an example, a Scummer is 15
credits and adds 75 to your Gang Rating. AB adds him to your
roster for 15 credits and gives him 60 experience points which
effectively add 75 to your Gang Rating (but make the "Total Cost"
correct).
* Renamed the Free Knife from "Free Knife" to "Knife". You can tell
it's free - it costs 0 credits.
* Renamed the Free Club from "Free Club/Maul/Bludgeon" to
"Club/Maul/Bludgeon". You can tell it's free - it costs 0 credits.
* Added a "Watchmen" option for the Gang Summary in case you've
been deputised into the Watch.
* Removed all references to the sex of a model from the Skill
descriptions. There should no longer be references such as
"he", "him", "his" etc. (Hey, I play Escher after all... :)
* Added first cut at the Squat Miners
* The Boltgun was missing from the Special Weapons list for the Ash
Nomads and Redemptionists.
* Changed the Redemptionist Exterminator from being an item in the
Pistol list to being an option for all allowed weapons.
* Removed the "Total Cost" accumulation (that appears in the
summary with the "Gang Rating") since it is now exactly the
same as the actual Cost.
