[ab-files] New Necromunda files (v6)

The Necromunda files are now Complete (at least I think
they are!) In the latest version I have added the
remaining 4 special characters from Outlanders as well
as the Pit Slave gang from White Dwarf 224.

As usual, available from the ab-files vault on egroups.
