Hello hello!
A whole bushel-load of fixes in this weeks release. I haven't added the
Emperor's Children or Tyranid Vehicle creation rules yet, before you ask.
Please will people stop asking when new files will be out - I generally
don't know until I get bored and decide to release things about an hour
before it happens.

v2.20 CHANGES
*~~~~~~~~~~~~~*
All armies:
If a character could take different types of Armour, that armour is now
found under the Wargear menu, where it should really have been in the first
place.
Space Marines and Family:
Detached apothecaries & techmarines now show this status on the printed roster.
Vehicle Design Rules:
The Maximum Armour clicker now has a 43-46 entry, rather than 42-46.
You can no longer buy multiples of Close Combat weapons using the increment
clicker.
Races without a codex can now get IG vehicle upgrades.
Genestealer Cult:
Incorporated the Errata from Citadel Journal 41.
Added the Bolter / Meltagun to the character weapon list.
Hybrid leaders, Hierarchs and Acolytes can only get a free Autopistol or
Laspistol.
Bodyguards are now charged the correct amount for Grenades.
Hybrids can now take the correct amount of Heavy Stubbers.
Correctly restricted the weapons that Hybrid Leaders can take.
Brood Brother Comrades can no longer take Bolt Pistols.
Truckers can now take the same weapon options as Initiates.
Corrected the cost of the Missile Launcher for the Heavy Weapons Team.
Chaos:
The Chaos Sorcerer can now take the Sorcerer's Staff again.
Fabius Bile's Enhanced Warriors can now take two Special Weapons instead of
just one.
Tyranids:
Mutant Ripper Swarms can no longer take both Leaping and Winged mutations.
Renamed the "X Mutant" units to "Mutable X".
Added some detail to the Biovore description.
Biomorphs taken for Mutable creatures (e.g., Adrenal Glands) now show up on
the printout.
The minimum number of species in a hive fleet is now two, after someone
pointed out that Mutable Tyranid Warriors with Heavy Weapons can count as
Heavy Support.
Taking two Heavy Weapons in a Mutable Warriors brood now doesn't require
you to be Heavy Support, for consistency with the other options.
Corrected a problem with the costs of the Devourer and Scything Claws in
some cases.
Dark Eldar:
Corrected the text of the Night Shield.
Reaver Jetbike riders no longer get +1 attack for having two weapons
(unless they have a Tormentor Helm, of course).
Salamanders:
Ceramite Armour now costs 25 points for the Land Raider Prometheus.
Space Wolves:
The "Assassins" allies option now only appears once.
Eldar:
Corrected more of the Shuriken Cannon notes from Assault to Heavy.
Warlocks added to a Jetbike squad now get a Jetbike.
Imperial Guard Armoured Company:
A Company Commander no longer needs to be chosen.
Harlequins:
Corrected the Hallucinogen Grenades notes.
Orks:
Taking a Grot Oiler now adds a Grot to the roster.
Dark Angels:
The Terminator Squads strength is now bounded to a maximum of 8.
Deathwing Terminator Squads now have their weapons restricted properly.
Sisters of Battle:
Retributor Squads can no longer have normal AND veteran Sister Superiors.
