Anyway. In between going to visit relatives, resurrecting windows 2000,
looking out the window at the snow (yes! We had snow on Christmas day,
fantastic
, I've hacked some new 40k files out.
Apart from the usual bug fixes, the main thing I've added is the expanded
rules for Space Marine Command Squads. You can now attach Apothecaries and
Techmarines to other squads, as per the rules in White Dwarf whatever it was.
You can download the files by connecting to the internet, starting Army
Builder, selecting "Locate File", and choosing the new 40k file from the
list. h4w!

v2.13 CHANGES
*~~~~~~~~~~~~~~*
Imperial Guard Armoured Company:
You can now take more than 1 Leman Russ Vanquisher.
Vehicles from the Imperial Armour codex can now be taken.
The Commissar no longer gives a "Must have a vehicle" error if he's in a squad.
The Commissar is no longer charged a Heavy Support slot for riding in a tank.
The Tank Ace can now take the correct vehicles.
Vehicle Design Rules:
Added the updates to the updated file that appeared on the GW web site and
they told nobody about. Lucky they did, as I'd messed up the costs for Side
Armour 10 and 11.
Only Tanks and Light Vehicles can now be Tunnellers.
Salamanders:
The Librarian can now take a Signum.
Eldar:
Added the Night Spinner from the Citadel Journal to the Tank allies (thanks
to StarHawk!).
Space Marines and family:
Terminator Sergeants now have their wargear properly restricted.
Apothecaries and Techmarines, etc. can now be added to other infantry and
cavalry squads in the army.
Moved the new Emperor's Champion to the HQ group, but he still doesn't take
up any slots.
Chaos:
Bikes now give you +1 to your total toughness, not your base toughness.
Catachans:
Imperial Armour vehicles can no longer be taken. Forge World said this in
an email, by the way, I didn't just arbitrarily decide it (before anyone
complains
.
Eldar and family:
The Wraithguard Warlock now doesn't count toward the 5 warlocks / farseer
limit.
Imperial Armour:
The Conqueror Cannon now has the correct stats.
