Aargh! I completely forgot to credit Bill Harris for his part in the latest
files.

Bill Harris is officially a Top Bloke, and wrote the White Scars bit of the
latest files. Thanks Bill! Everyone wave to Bill. There, isn't that nice.

We apologise for this incompetence, especially to Bill. Normal service will
now be resumed.
