Yes, 2 days after the debacle that was the Beta-III files come the Beta-
IV files. As usual, the files can be downloaded from

BETA-IV PATTERN CHANGES
*~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~*
All armies:
Re-added the composition group multiplier functionality. If you want to
take two detachments of the same army in one roster, Army Builder won't
give a validation error as long as you are within acceptable bounds for
the composition group. E.g., you can have 1-2 HQ and 2-6 troops, or 2-4
HQ and 4-12 troops, etc.
The Preacher should now work properly in all armies that can have him.
Space Marines:
Taking two Lightning Claws now disables the Force Weapon option.
The Narthecium, Reductor, Sacred Standard, Servo Arm and Signum are no
longer available to all and sundry.
Ulthwe Craftworld:
Farseers are no longer permitted to ride Jetbikes, instead of just
giving a validation error when they chose them.
Imperial Guard:
The Veteran Assault Team Sergeant now has the correct WS and cost.
Dark Eldar:
The Screaming Jets upgrade now has the correct text.
Blood Angels Army of Death:
Fixed some minor problems that occurred with the Sanguinary Priest and
Standard Bearer.
Citadel Journal Tanks:
Added some new tanks (including the Ork Fighta-Bommer, technically not a
tank I suppose) and fixed some old ones. Also added the Anti-Aircraft
Mount, which all vehicles can now take as an upgrade.
