Hey all im new here!! i have a problem... Maybe someone can help!!

I have an Epson Stylus Photo R220 Printer, i have also downloaded the most recient drivers and installed them as well. When i make my roster and go to print it, the screens pop up and i hit the right options. Then when i hit print.... nothing happens. If i hit print again it says an unexpected error has occured... Anyone els have a problem with printing??
The funny thing is my brother has AB on his PC and he has a HP 720 printer and it works fine...
PLZ HELP!!!!

I have a Epson Stylus DX3850 and I have the same problem. I have no problems in other programs and printing from AB worked fine with my previous Epson Stylus Photo 830U. Therefore it sould not be a general problem with USB printers

Please help!
 
We have a small number of users (about six) that are currently experiencing problems trying to print with AB. We have been trying to figure out what's wrong, but we have thus far been unsuccessful. It has to be something extremely specialized, since so few users are having the problem. We haven't been able to reproduce it, and that makes it very difficult to isolate the problem.

If you are having trouble printing, please contact us directly at support@wolflair.com. We'll then send you a list of questions to answer that will hopefully help us figure out what the problem is. We're also putting together a special test program that will capture some important information about how printing works on your computer. We'll be sending that test program to users who contact us about the printing problem. We hope it will uncover additional clues that will help us figure things out.
