Jim,
I just dug through all of our records on this end. We have received exactly
ONE support inquiry from you since the release of AB3. That was on January
3rd. In that email, you asked for details on how to upgrade to AB3. At no
time did you specify when you purchased your V2 license nor that you were
trying to obtain the free upgrade license. So I replied to you with a
pointer to the page on our website that provided complete details on AB3
upgrade options. This page also included details about when the free
upgrade licenses would be issued.
All of the free upgrade licenses were issued on or before January 10th of
this year. This includes your free upgrade license. It was issued on
January 10th, to be exact. It was sent to the email address you used when
you purchased V2. Specifically, that email address is
jbird@clanwolverine.net. I just double-checked our server logs, and that
email WAS successfully received by your mail server on the 10th. If you
didn't receive it, then it was mis-identified by your spam filter or
something else occurred on your end.
As for your supposed inquiries in February and March, we have no record of
any emails from either your opimaconsulting or clanwolverine addresses
after January 3rd. Since I was handling all tech support inquiries during
that time, I can assure you that you would have been properly informed
about the issuing of all upgrade licenses had we received such an inquiry.
If you did contact us in February or March, please provide me with a copy
of the email(s) you sent so that I can investigate what happened to them on
our end.
At this point, I have to assume that the license email you were sent on
January 10th was mis-identified as spam on your end. So re-sending it to
you now will simply yield the same result as before. You'll need to
re-configure your spam filter so that the license email will be allowed
through. After you do that, I can re-send the license email to you.
There is one major gotcha in all of this, though. In about 30 hours, all of
our systems will be shutting down here in our office. We're moving our
offices on Monday, and everything will be shutdown and packed for the move
on Sunday. I likely won't be able to re-send your license to you until the
end of the week, after the move is complete and everything is fully
operational again on this end. So you'll need to re-configure things and
let me know before the shutdown, else you'll need to wait until things are
back up fully again.
Please notify me directly at
rob@wolflair.com. Do NOT send the notification
to this list, since I may not see it before everything gets shutdown.
Thanks, Rob
