AB 2.0 type question

This may be expected behavior and a run-time vs. compile-time issue, but
it's not clear to me.

I have a unit that has an option to become another type of unit (let's say
bowmen vs. skirmisher) and only a certain ratio of them can have this
option. Say no more than 1/3.

If I have two separate units (one for the bow version, one for the
skirmisher) the trat entry works wonderfully.

However, if I have a single entry with an option that does the following:

type:vvskirm
more:psiloi=incl
dtyp:vvbowmen
over:bowmen=delete

The exact same trat validation fails. Is this expected?

This sounds like incorrect behavior, but I really don't have enough to go
on here. Please send me the files to reproduce this, along with explicit
instructions about which units/options to look at. I'll see what I can uncover.
