A way to set reminders?

Just curious if there is a way to tag a snippet so that a reminder pops up about it next time you launch a realm?
 
You can add a snippet to do something like this but you'd have to search for it manually. I use "incomplete" tags so I know where I should focus in the future. You could do something similar for future plots and such.
 
When I was in the early stages of working on my primary realm I had a view built on a search for the utility tags.

If you remember to set those tags on topics that need to be worked on and to clear them from topics that don't the view will show what you need to work on.
