A little help strange error message

I create a new spell (umbra Dazzing missile. I copied magic missile and select Will partial as saving throw to be able to add persistent on the spell. Now every time i use the file I got that message. It seem to have a link with spell perfection. Any Idea?

Um I don't see anything in that user file that could/would cause that error message. Do you have other .user files or changes that this is related too?

Also when do you get the above error message? As soon as you load or after you pick that spell?
