A (hopefully) quick question, if I may...

With the number and frequency of new books that are coming out, is there a way, short of re-creating a character every time, of incorporating the material from new books into existing characters?

Also, is there some way to edit font size / layout slightly in the PDF character sheets? Having some weapons and feats on the first page, and some on the 2nd is a real pain in the ass.

I think the font size and prinout display is being worked on.

for the character, could you give an example of this? and what system you are looking at?

I havent run into this problem with PF. new things like the ethnic background options just showed up on my char one day without me having to re-create the character.

Isn't the question of how to incorporate the new material more something that you should be asking Paizo? Hero Lab isn't creating that material, just allowing you to use what Paizo's now offering. How your group incorporates that into your campaign is up to you.

I'm not asking about incorporating the material into the game -- it's more of a question regarding the 'options' that are selected whenever you open up a portfolio. To my understanding, the books that you select in the default options, when selected, follow the character around permanently (sourcebooks, display options like showing unarmed strikes, optional rules, etc...).

Character menu...Configure Hero re-opens the menu you saw when you first created your character.

Thanks for answering my 'dumb' questions -- especially since i will have a new player joining after the next rulebooks are out...
