When should "A Throne of Blades" for "A Game of Thrones" be ready?

I seem to recall that whoever was maintaining this did not actually
play so I mainly wanted to mention that up until now there has only
been one version of a card per set. This has changed. Each house now
has its own version the "The Iron Throne" from "A Throne of Blades" so
in addition to specifying which set it came out of, the card name will
need to mention house.
