A couple new-to-HL questions

Not authoring stuff, the simple stuff. I have a pretty good grasp on the tool so far but there's a couple things I haven't figured out.

1. How do I add money to an NPC? On a PC you use Journal entries but those aren't there on an NPC. How do I set how much $$ they have?

2. Weapon listings. Is there a way to have it list Ray and other common "not quite a weapon" weapons (esp. ranged touch?) And abilites that require hit rolls.. Telekinetic Fist for transmuters?

Thanks...

1) On the configure hero form, you can alter the starting cash for a character. You can use that to add more money to an NPC.

2) This is on my to-do list. In the meantime, the spellcasting classes and the top of the "Other Weapons" table & Weapons summary list the melee and ranged touch attack modifiers.

Until their is a core method of displaying Touch/Ranged Touch Attacks on a printed character sheet you can go to the d20pfsrd site and at the bottom of the page under the Misc folder is a .user file called TouchAttacks that when added to your Pathfinder folder will add two new weapons. These weapons Touch Attack and Ranged Touch Attack can be added to any character as a normal weapon. Then these will appear like normal on a printed character sheet.

Its what I and my players currently use until their is an official way of doing it.

Hope that helps.

There is an official way. It's what's displayed on those tables. There's already a "Ray" weapon available for selection by feats like weapon focus that will properly add weapon focus's bonus to the ranged touch attack.

How do you get that to display on the character sheet? If that was added at some point and I am not aware of it that is awesome and will start to use that instead.

They're displayed just before the spells list for each spellcasting class.
So did some playing around last night and I see where they show up now. Is their anyway to get them to show for non-spellcasting classes? In example I have a rogue player who uses UMD to activate wands of scorching ray allot. Its been very helpful to have the Ranged Touch Attack listed right their with his other weapons. Anyway of doing this with the HL ray attack?

Thanks
