Wow, its a good thing I do my list by hand before using army builder now!

I play Brets and just put my list into army builder to check the comp and make sure everything tallied and it comes up saying I'm 60 points over my 2000 cap. So I double check my math by hand using the points values listed in army building and come up with exactly 2000 points. So somewhere from the unit values to the total army value the calculator is tallying 60 points that aren't shown anywhere in the list.

Now I'm completely leary about using Army Builder because I can't afford to play my armies 60 points shy of my tallies.
 
Try adding your units one at a time to see where you differ on the points values. Also note, it may not be AB that's wrong.
 
yes... if you can find out which unit is causing the problem i can look at it... but until then i dont think ican help :~(
