40k Ork Spanner boyz problem

Hi
I am having problems getting ride of an error report involving ork spanner boyz. I have made sure that forge world options have not been included but it still comes up that spanner boyz are a min requirement. How can I get to a regular ork list that keeps out forge world and this stupid spanner boyz error?

What version of the files you running? I don't get any errors with my ork lists....

Oh, and it may be an idea to post this directly in the ab40k. com forums, they'll see it quicker. I'm just a user trying to help not a dev or anything. :)
