40K KILLTEAMS

When I try to create a Kill Team with one of the following army's

Chaos Space Marines
Daemon Hunters
Dark Eldar
Imperial Guard
Orks
Black Templars
Dark Angels
Blood Angels
Tau
Tyranids

I am unable to select kill team members just squad choices when these armys are in involved.Is there a way I can fix this issue ?or am I stuck with it ?
 
KT is horrendous to try and implement, it is a long term plan and is being worked on as we are going along
