3PP Psionic Powers

I am using the Hero Lab app on iPad with my Psychic Warrior, and the 3PP has loaded without error. However, although I have a warning about being able to pick more powers, I cannot find where to do so on the Psychic Warrior tab. Additionally, some powers I had chosen previously appear in my ability list but they aren't showing the usage limits, instead they say 0/0 for each power.

What might I be missing?
 
This is a known bug on the iPad and nothing that can be fixed by the community. I would advise putting in a bug report for this issue. Maybe if enough people put in a report about the issue it will get fixed... :(
