3E Power creation question

How does one make a power that has several effects in a row?

Example: Amazon Bracelets: Impervious Toughness 8, Sustained, Removable

That's Enhanced Toughness with 8 ranks, the Impervious (+1) and the Sustained (+0) extras and the Removable flat modifier..

or Impervious Defense, if you are just looking to add Impervious to your existing Toughness.

Otherwise, for a multi-effect power, use the -Multiple Effects- choice under powers.

Thanks Fillerbunny! I used a bad example but you came up with the answer I was looking for. I was just hoping there was a way to make the stats for this effect to look like the offical Mutiple Effects.

For the amazon bracelets, you would want to add a Device named Amazon Bracelets, with one effect - Enhanced Toughness 8, with the Impervious modifier. That should end up looking more like the "official" multiple effects.
