I know others have said something about this but this seems to be the only way that people will pay attention to someone sending in a help request. I sent in a problem that I was having, the whole thing about having to reinstall the program after having your computer melt down (the smoke got out as everyone knows, electronics run on smoke and when you see the smoke coming out...well, the electronics are dead...not really but it explained it to the officers on ship when their com systems quick working and they demanded a reason why). I need someone to reset the thing so I can activate it on my rebuilt computer. Please let me know what's going on with my request. Thanks.
