1001 Spells - Purchased but grayed out

I have purchased Pathfinder RPG 1001 Spells via the optional data packages section. I reactivated the license, reloaded HL etc. - however, it is still grayed out in the UI; it says I do not have authorization for it.

On my secondary PC (laptop) it shows up just fine.
