+1 to TWO attributes every 4 levels instead of ONE?

I'm converting from 4E to Pathfinder, and I'm taking some of the things I liked from 4E and adding it in. One of them is this... I figured out how to do it manually, but is there a way to have the system allow all characters to have +1 to two abilities every four levels instead of just one?
