I suppose this would be easy to do in the Background Details section.. but I was looking for some place to note some Complications. I was surprised that there wasn't, and even more surprised it never came up before.

Again, I suppose it could easily be done in the Background Details section.

Complications are so broad that having a specific place for them
wouldn't really help. They don't cost any power points, so there's no
advantage in tracking them - they'd just be a block of text anyway. I
think the background details section is the best place for them (there's
also not a lot of other space in which to put them... :)
