Does Finalize on a Field have optional fields

Duggan

The documentation for the Finalize element of Field indicated that a Phase and Priority are required attributes. The example code has no attributes, and looking around the files I have on-hand, I don't have an example of Finalize with attributes (unfortunately, I'm not near my desktop, where I have more source code from third-parties). It seems evident that Finalize has no required attributes, but does it use the listed attributes of phase, priority, name, and isprimary, or are those accidentally copied from bound or calculate?
