Shaman (deep shaman archetype) has no familiar!

I have been trying to build a Deep Shaman character, and I've run into this weird problem. The Deep Shaman archetype requires you to take a spirit familiar with the aquatic subtype, which is fine, but when I go to select my familiar, it has ALL options grayed out. Even the ones that have the aquatic subtype!

I don't know how to fix this... @_@
