Error trying to start pathfinder

I keep getting this when i'm trying to start the Pathfinder Game files:

The data files could not be loaded due to errors. Hero Lab will now attempt to load them in recovery mode. Once loaded, you can access the editor as normal to correct any errors.

The following errors occurred:

One or more packages is for a mismatched version of data files and cannot be loaded. Download updated data file packages via the Updates mechanism and try loading again.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.

You seem to be missing the actual error message. Try taking a screenshot of the error and including it in a post here.

EDIT: Nope, never mind, I rolled a 1 on my Read Post check and failed to notice the error text. Yes, start with Farling's advice below.

Try starting up Hero Lab and checking for updates before trying to load the pathfinder data set.
