Purchasing a Combat Trained Riding Gecko

I don't know if I'm missing something, but when I purchase a combat trained riding gecko, it's not giving me the right stats. It should be pulling the giant gecko from bestiary 3, but instead seems to be pulling from Inner Sea World Guide. Have I misinterpreted this and it's the way it's supposed to be done, or should this be reported as an error?

According to the SRD, the Riding Gecko is a Giant Gecko with the Giant Template applied to it, which matches what I see in Hero Lab.
 
True, but according to Ultimate Equipment, it says to says to see Bestiary 3, so my assumption would be that it is talking about the giant gecko on page 186 of Bestiary 3.

The Giant Gecko that is being pulled right now is the one referenced in Page 254 of the Inner Sea World Guide, which is a Monitor Lizard (Bestiary P.194) With the young template, swim speed replaced with climb 30, and no poison ability.

My main issue is that there's 2 form of Giant Gecko and I feel that the one that is being pulled is in fact the incorrect one.
