On Thurs. (Jan. 21st) at 5:00 PM Pacific time (1 AM UTC 1/22), we will be rolling out a hotfix for Hero Lab Online. We expect up to about 5 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.

On Fri. (Jan. 22nd) we will be taking our account/sales server down briefly at 11:05 AM Pacific time (7:05 PM UTC). New logins for Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable for a minute or two during this time.

We will be rolling out critical bug fixes for HLO at 10:45 PM Pacific time (6:45 PM UTC) today (Fri. Feb. 19th). Expected downtime is 15 minutes, possibly less.

UPDATE: We are investigating an issue and will be down a little longer than expected. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will post updates here when there is more information to share.

UPDATE: Everything is now back up.
