On Thursday morning (May 14th) at 10 AM Pacific time (5pm UTC), we plan to take Hero Lab Online down for maintenance. We expect up to about 15 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.

UPDATE: This downtime was originally scheduled for Wednesday but has been rescheduled to Thursday.

We plan to briefly take down Hero Lab Online for a short deployment for 2-5 minutes at 10 am pacific (5pm UTC) on Friday May 15.

A few of our servers are experiencing unplanned downtime today (7/7/2020). The Hero Lab Online server is now back up, but we are still working to restore our other servers (such as our account/sales server).

UPDATE: All servers are now back up.
