Is this Savage Setting available yet? If so, how do I purchase/download it. I don' see anything on the LWD site.

You can get this from inside Hero Lab itself.
Open it up and click Find Updates. It's on the list as Savage Settings: Deadlands: Reloaded. _ Currently In Development: Savage Pathfinder, SWADE Fantasy Companion Future Development: SWADE Super Powers Companion, SWADE Sci-Fi Companion _ Currently Running: Savage Unity Inc.
