If you have a bug report for Realm Works, please submit it through our bug report form here:

Submitting your bug through this form automatically files it in our issue tracking system. You should then receive an email confirmation that your bug report was received, including a case number. (If you don't get such an email within 10-15 minutes, check your spam folder.)

We'll follow up with you regarding the bug within 3 business days. If we can't reproduce it ourselves, we may ask you for extra information, or a copy of your database to demonstrate the problem.

Sending Us Your Database
If we request for you to send a copy of your database for us to look at it for a problem, please follow these directions:

1. Make sure you have a way of creating a zip file or a 7z file. An easy way is to download and install 7-Zip (available for free from http://www.7-zip.org/download.html)
2. Open a Windows Explorer window (NOT Internet Explorer)
3. Within the location, type in this: %appdata% and then press enter. This should take you to a folder on your machine. The folder will be dependent on the Windows version as well as your Windows user name
4. Find the folder LWD Technology, Inc in the folder list and double-click it
5. There should be a single folder called Realm Works within this folder. Double-click to enter this folder
6. You should now find a file called MASTER.REALM within this folder. This is your database file. Zip up the file
7. E-mail the zipped file. You can send it to me at david@wolflair.com. If you have errors when sending, contact me to make other arrangements.
