If I have the package and it is checked as active, should I be able to find the gems and jewellery listed in Appendix 2 of Ultimate Equipment? If so, where do I look?

Simple answer - No. Individual gems and jewellery have never been supported in HL. You have two main options if you actually want to track individual unique items:
1. Select a "Custom valuable" item from the top of the gear menu. You can assign a name and value. 2. Create individual gems/jewellery in the editor and assign them gp values. Current RPG's: Pathfinder (GM), Pathfinder (Player), Gamma World (GM, Pathfinder homebrew). HeroLab: 3.5 & Pathfinder. HL User Files for PF: Greyhawk Setting, Gamma World (WIP). DM and player of D&D since 1980. |
