Not sure if I am missing something, but per the codex the squad has the option to upgrade to a veteran sister superior. The squad MUST also be mounted in a rhino or an immolator transport. If I upgrade the squad to a vet superior the option to add a rhino or immolator is greyed out. This works both ways, if I add a rhino/immolator before I choose to upgrade to a vet sister superior the option to upgrade for that is greyed out.
