The files should behave the same whether you're working with the original or the copy. All that matters is what files you've placed in that copy's directory (if you're working in the editor, the correct directory for that copy should be the default save location).

I'm sorry to say that there isn't currently a tag to hide skills from display the way there is for feats - there's never been a need for that sort of behavior for skills before.

I've put adding that tag on my to-do list.

Thanks for the feedback. I see now that each version auto checks for an update at program start so that is what I was confused on how to make happen. Now I just need to cut and paste the user files I want to add to either game system... or in my case NOT add any user files to what I have labeled "Pathfinder_Core"
