Over the past couple of weeks, a number of you have reported problems getting responses from technical support. Our frontline support person has been having a variety of technical issues that have impacted her ability to get timely replies to you. For the first week or more of this difficulty, she wasn't even aware of the problem because replies were appearing to go out from her computer and then not being properly relayed for delivery. While we still haven't resolved the final problem that is plaguing us, we believe we've got an interim workaround in place that should allow support emails to be handled in a timely manner again. For those of you who have been impacted, we apologize for the hassles and inconvenience. We're doing our best to get things sorted out and return everything to the previous level of quality and timeliness that you've come to expect from us.
