Interaction Mystic Theurge and Evangelist

Unless I did something wrong, which is always a possibility, when I selected Evangelist and had the aligned class of Mystic Theurge it did not increase caster levels for the classes that Mystic Theurge increased levels for.

Example: Sorcerer 4/Oracle 4/Mystic Theruge 3/Evangelist 5 gave sorcerer/oracle casting at 7 each rather then 11 each.
