I took them out and forgot to put them back in. It then took about 3
weeks for anyone to notice

I would have released updated files last weekend, but the computer fell
over and I had to spend 15 hours putting it back together, which put me
behind with everything else as well . I'm putting my own PC together
tomorrow, so I'll finally be able to do things without interruption from
my imbecile family.

I downloaded the eldar data file for army builder and it is missing
the wave serpent. when i tried to create it using the construction
kit it listed it as an existing unit. how do i get it on my
roster/create it?

Wave Serpents can only be bought as transports for certain squads, for
example Guardian Defenders. Create such a squad and, by selecting it's
"mount in wave serpent" option, a Wave Serpent will be created and added
to the roster.

Please clarify what you are attempting to do. If it is an IG army of
vanilla guard plus Catachan plus Armageddon then this can be done using
the existing files. Select the Imperial Guard:P.D.F. which will display
the available Catachan type units in a mixed deathworld/IG army along
with the hive gang militia from Armageddon.

If you wish to take a pdf type force then certain units are unavailable,
as per C:A. If you are playing more than one detachment and taking a
detachment of each, then make up one detachment, deduct the cost from
your total and build your other detachment(s) to the remaining points.
You will have 2+ rosters but life is never perfect.

Try reading it through again; it covers the basics of making Army
Builder files, if you can't work those out then it'll be difficult to
help you.

Is there anything specific that's giving you a problem?
