PDF Plug-in doesn't seem to work

I have tried multiple times to download and install the PDF plug in but it says that a .tmp file is missing?

Sorry if this is the wrong area to post this but this is the only product I use

What should I do?

And it didn't work either. I found a work around, by printing to one note as PDF.

Sorry for the late reply to this - if you're having problems with downloading our PDF plugin, try downloading and installing it directly from our web site here:
