Custom Weapons and Armor

Is there a way to add a custom Weapon or Armor to my character? I know I can in HLC, however, I am not seeing the option in HLO P2e Demo.

Also, just adding a +1 on getting a groups License. Till there is a firm option, I am holding off on signing up. My wife and I both use but buying 2x of everything is not in the budget on the fixed income we have.

Click INTO the weapon or Armor to get to the options to add special materials or adding runes.

You no longer have to add a “Special” custom weapon you just upgrade your weapons/armor to magic..
