Enable Traits?

Hi there. I must be dumb but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get traits in HLO for Pathfinder 1e.

I see background options but those are not traits as I remember them.

Traits were in the web enhancement and the APG. Be sure the APG is enabled as a source and the APG Traits toggle is turned on.
