Here's my problem:

I have a datafile A with some units.
Now i make a datafile B.
I want to add a unit of A to B, adding some options, thru augmentations...
how can i make?

The only solution i found was to have a unit in B (ie. xxMyUnit) with the
options i wanted to add to the unit in A (ie. xxAUnit) and the in the
augmentations, under local units add xxAUnit and use the clon:xxMyUnit.

Is there a better way?
Thanks

Cloning them is probably the best way to do that, just like you are. The system was designed to use inheritance. The oother option is to add the options in A which defeats the purpose.

Do you want to just add some more options to a unit in data file A? If so,
just use a 'link' in data file B.
