How do I select Ravenguard from Space Marines, or a dynasty from Necrons?

Likely it will be one of two mechanisms: Rules selection during roster creation Detachment options based on accumulated Faction Keywords. Homer The only "hobby" GW is interested in is lining their pockets with your money.
