How to change point values for subsequent items

Hello,
I am working on modifying some weapons values. I have come across a case where subsequent weapons are cheaper than the first. In this case, the first arm of a unit costs 50 points, but if you add the same arm for the other side, the point cost for the second arm fall to 25 points. What would be the best way to achieve this in Army Builder?
