Unit Information Missing?

There may be a post about this already but I did not see it.

I am looking at my recent rosters and noticing things like weapons information missing from units and in the wargear lists at the end.

For instance, I drew up a Codex Space Marine list and chose a Vindicator and all it shows it as having are the options I chose such as Extra Armor and a Siege Shield but does not list the Cannon anymore under either the Unit or Wargear list so it makes the usability of the list somewhat less friendly.

Or

I take Sergeant Telion with my Scouts and it does not list his Stalker Pattern Bolter in the wargear anymore? I have looked at the various settings trying to fix this but cannot seem to find the solution. If these things are no longer listed for some reason then the value of the program is definetly lowered. A friend of mine is having the same issue with his program so I am thinking either something needs to be reset or we should not have upgraded the program.

Can anyone please tell me what is going on with this or point me towards a thread that could?

At the bottom of the rules section when you're configuring your roster, there's a new "Tournament Output" option - you might want to make sure that isn't set.
