Though I would take a moment and post a BIG thanks to LWD/HL support.
As many who read know, I have been on the Windows 10 preview since the Insider program launched and running it on my MS Surface 3 along with Hero Lab and Realm Works. What this has meant is, a large number of License support emails from yours truly to the LWD support team, request early re-assignment due to new preview builds, as well as a refresh of build 240 to clean up my mucking around with it, I wanted a clean start for the release. Of course if I had half a brain, I would have asked for a license after the refresh and not right after the 240 build installed, then did the refresh....Just tryen to help the support team by upping their ticket count!!! Anyway, through this ordeal, I never once got a complaint, any issue, nothing but a renewed license within less than 24hrs of every request. Cannot ask for better support. So in light of me about to request my last windows 10 license re-assignment with the release/change from preview, I thought I would take a moment to thank the team. /Salute! Thanks for your feedback! I'm jealous - apparently I didn't upgrade from build 10074 fast enough, so now I'm stuck on that until the official release.

Luckily that is only like 2 days, of course you'll probably be at Gen Con by then.

If it makes you feel any better, Liz, I'll be at GenCon, too. :-D
(Please don't shoot me.) For all the guff I've given you guys about other issues, Hero Lab is one product I've never been unhappy with ... except with my own ineptness with the authoring kit and editor ... but I can't blame you guys for that. It's still better than NOT having the authoring kit and editor ... because I can at least TRY to do what I want ... |
