Gunslinger Not Available

I'm trying to make a Gunslinger character, and for some reason the class is not showing up in the list when I go to select a class level.

I have every source for Pathfinder prior to 2017, and Ultimate Combat is checked as available in the Configure Hero menu.

Firearms and Related is not hidden (nor are Simple or Advanced Firearms).

Is there something else I may be missing that would cause this class to be hidden from me?

The other option that can hide the gunslinger is the "Firearm availability" - the gunslinger class isn't available in a world with very rare guns or no guns - only at emerging guns or higher.
