Im trying to figure out how to extract a file for the AB tech staff to read and see where it went wrong (kinda like warning.log for Dawn of War troubleshooting).
My AB 3.1 just stopped working, and Ive tried to reinstall and it works but it wouldn't take my license number. So I dont know where I went wrong if it was from my end (which Im getting the impression, yes it is from user error). Yes, email has been sent, and I have yet to hear anything back from Tech Support. So while Im waiting, Im hoping somebody would tell me how to extract the files of where it went wrong. For instance, the error report contents of temp files found in "local" of C drive. From what I see it, it seems there are several *.dll files conflicts, and I'm not quite computer literated to comprehend it. |

Uh... I have -NO- idea how this happened but I got it back up and running again with the exact same info. This is getting too weird for me.
