Hi Rob,
just created the support ticket and send the URL to the DB along with it. If you have any problems accessing it. Please let me know. Regards, Shadowy_one |

Rob, if I've done the index repair I assume the current DB won't have the error in any more? I sent you probably about 7 or 8 crash reports when I was struggling to work out what was causing the crash on mine but again didn't send a DB at the time. Is it worth sending my DB now as well or should I attempt to recreate the crashing error before doing so?

To repeat: There is playback data logged into the database that should make diagnosis possible.
So please send in your database, even if you've rebuilt the index. The playback log is still present, and I can probably reproduce the error, subject to some other caveats that come into play. In the future, if you encounter a crash with the name index, please submit your database right away, before rebuilding it, for the maximum probability of my success in diagnosing and fixing the error. Thanks! |
