Ah. Your games must have a lot more enemy spellbook casters than the APs that we play. As for scrolls, we normally go for the greater profit realized from selling the scroll unless the spell is a hard-to-get one our Wizard/Arcanist really wants.

Either that or your spellbook users aren't interested in accumulating a huge library of spells, which would indeed be very different from our games.
